Length of Jewelry
Sandy Paluzzi
The average size bracelet is 7 inches. The average necklace is either 16 or 18 inches long (shorter in summer, longer in winter). You can always make a 16 inch necklace and add a 2 or 3 inch extender to cover different length. When you are making jewelry to sell, keep in mind that there are a lot of large boned women. You may want to make some 8 inch bracelets or 18 to 20 inch necklaces.
