Finishing Beadable Accessories
Sandra J Paluzzi
The Bead Peddler ®
If you make beadable accessories, such as pens, letter openers, canape
knives or bangle bracelets, you know they can easily unscrew. If
you put a permanent bead pattern on the mandrel, you can secure it by
placing a dab of glue or Loctite on the MANDREL screw before fastening it to the
base. Be sure you put your glue on the mandrel instead of inside
the hole of the base, especially when working with pens.
